Commissioners OK “Green” Condo Plans

The Scottsdale Planning Commission on Wednesday approved a new condo development to be tucked in behind the Holy Cross Lutheran Church on Hayden Road. Modus Development won unanimous approval from commissioners for a 42-unit condominium complex that meets "green" building codes, including solar power, recycled water and underground parking to alleviate the urban heat island effect.
