George Loft Style Condominiums; Grand Opening Party

George Condominiums, Phoenix
Ryan Spiekerman and Adam Feldman developers of George (aka Christenson Court) celebrated the completion of construction of their project tonight with a wonderful little party. They had the usual, wine, cheese, crackers etc… BUT the model looked phenomenal!

George Lofts, Phoenix Condos

This little community of eight, 2331 square foot, 2+den or 3 bed with 2.5 bath, loft style condos is a real gem. The exterior of the homes are very cool; similar in feel to Safari Drive with stainless panels butting up to rusted panels, butted up to heavy gauge wire mesh fences and steel gates. Very modern and very clean.

The ground floor living area boasts over nine foot ceilings, a spectacular corner of butted glass (8′ tall? and 4 or 5′ wide on each side???)overlooking a minimalist style back yard, finished concrete floors, a huge (8 x 4??) caesar stone island, with gorgeous European style cabinets and gourmet appliances.

Loft Condos, George, PhoenixThe upstairs have either two bedrooms and a loft style office or three bedrooms depending on the buyers needs. Interior doors are super sized at about eight feet with a wood panel above the door on the wall (where a transom window would be; make sense?). Bathrooms are all very “clean” and contemporary. Each home is 2331 square feet and includes a two car attached garage.

Prices run from $685,000 to 750,000 ($300 per square foot give or take) based on location within the community. Ryan has a great eye for detail and is very picky with his homes so you can expect everything to fit nice and tight and look fantastic.

If you’d like to learn more or view these fantastic homes, give us a call and we’ll arrange a tour. These really are architecturally fresh and fun. W
