I had a chance to see some amazing spec homes at Optima Camelview last week while on tour with a client. Camelview always stands out with it’s unique architecture and landscaped terraces, now add some smoking deals on completed phase I homes and they have more to offer than ever. My favorite was a 1 bedroom + den on the 5th floor with a HUGE (759 sq ft) landscaped terrace overlooking the pool, priced at $499,000. Westcor has spent nearly a decade planning the Palisene mixed-use project on the Scottsdale-Phoenix border. But two other developers may have a say in those plans.
Bidders for Arizona trust land that Westcor wants for its Palisene shopping center will have to pay at least $99 million to gain the development rights.
