An upcoming project currently in schematic design is Central Avenue Lofts, the adaptive re-use of an old tortilla factory on the edge of the downtown warehouse district, within Mayor Phil Gordon's "Opportunity Corridor". The final design is currently unknown, but the intended new use will be live-work spaces. The building is currently zoned C-3 and has great 2nd story views of the phoenix downtown skyline.
