The Hawthorne Located on 3rd Avenue just south of Indian School Road, The Hawthorne is one of the most affordable condominium communities in the Phoenix Midtown area. Enjoy a ball game (Suns or D-Backs), eat at any one of the fantastic restaurants along the rail, attend classes at the new Downtown Phoenix ASU or U of A campuses, or bar hop and not worry about a DUI! The Hawthorne offers a real "make sense" location at a make sense price. With land prices as high as they are along the light rail we think that it is highly unlikely that any new condo communities will be able to undercut the prices at The Hawthorne.
