Portland 38 is 38 units of three story row houses in a redeveloping area of midtown / downtown Phoenix.  Floorplans range from one to two bedroom configurations and range from 1150 to 1550 square feet.  Each row house comes with a one car garage, a private backyard, and a lot of style.  The project was designed by Michael Underhill for JAG Development. Portland 38 offers "urban" styling but the area is just becoming pedestrian friendly and is about a mile from light rail. But it is really close to downtown Phoenix and is in an area which we believe is on it's way toward more and more redevelopment and hopefully appreciation.
