Description:  4-story condos. CEO Jonathan Larmore says the development, called Residence at the Grove, will be a more affordable alternative to the multimillion-dollar condos that currently dot the Biltmore corridor.

Individual units would be priced between $440,000 and $850,000, Larmore said.

The project is compatible with the area, Larmore said, because the parcels are already zoned for multi-family housing.

"We like the fact that it is close in to the financial district - the area near between 24th Street and 44th Street on Camelback Road," he said. "It will provide an opportunity for families to have a close-in residence at a more reasonable price than some of the other condominium developments."
