In this project, the architects (merz project) asked themselves tough questions regarding how to play with natural light, and how to direct it through tight spaces. The questions were answered in the design of the Project-MZ. Some of the units will be accessible by a private elevator. Project - mz is located in the high-density hub of Scottsdale (within two blocks of Scottsdale and Camelback Roads). When the sliding doors are open, an expansive rooftop deck is revealed for entertaining or simply dining al fresco. Two interlocking, 2 story, 1200 square foot units will open to a terrace from the main living space.
