After switching ownership, Toll
Brothers' Residences on Main finally broke ground at the
end of 2005. Located due south of
Hotel Valley HO, it will
have approximately 84 condominiums and 62 townhomes -
numbers differing only slightly from previous design.
Aside from location and luxury, a major selling point
for the property is its connection with the neighboring
hotel where residents will have access to concierge and
valet parking services, as well as the pool and spa.
Estimated completion date for Residences on Main, A
Wespac Construction project, is February 2007.
