$100 Million, 224 A-Cabin Hotel Rooms and 18 Penthouse Condominiums in a Seven Story Glass and Steel Building by Triyar LLC

Prices have still not been released for The W Residences located at Camelback & Buckboard Trail (south side of Camelback Road just east of Scottsdale Road) and just north of the planned Entertainment District.

Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide, Inc. is almost finished with construction of its first W Hotel in Arizona in 2008. This HIGH end hotel will feature a zero edge pool on the second floor, a 4,000 square Bliss Spa, and a 6,000 square foot high end sushi restaurant called Sushi Roku out of Hollywood.

The W Residences will offer its condo owners a combination of stylish one- and two-bedroom condominiums with the benefits of being attached to a W Hotel, including all the amenities enjoyed by hotel guests.

Triyar is also proposing another Downtown Scottsdale High Rise building, Hanover, and is involved with the development of Tempe's University Square Project.
