Waterview
at Downtown Scottsdale
Waterview is a
mixed use development with six buildings on
site. There are 99 Luxury Hotel keys, 120 resort
hotel units, 174 condo units and 18 private
luxury "sky level" single family homes. It
houses two signature restaurants, a bar, and a
"sky level" restaurant/bar located at the hotel
pool level. In addition, there are meeting
rooms, spa an outdoor function spaces on site.
Main pedestrian and vehicular circulation is
located at the covered entry court on the
southeast side. There are also three
additional garage entries/exhibits for the condo
units, and seven individual driveways for the
private residences.
Waterview, which is being developed by Scottsdale Canal Development LLC, is proposing a 72-foot hotel and 65-foot condo project along the south side of the Arizona Canal, east of Scottsdale Road.
