The developer of X or Ten Wine Lofts, Grace Communities, broke ground on this true loft style community late in 2005 and had hoped to begin delivering new condos in early 2008. Unfortunately a slowing real estate market and the bankruptcy of its construction lender slowed things down quite a bit.  But, we are still hopeful that everything will work so that we can see this fantastic community completed and occupied.

Ten Wine Lofts are located just west of Scottsdale Road on the north side of Osborn Road.  It's walking or biking distance from Scottsdale Civic Center and Old Town Scottsdale and the more than eighty fantastic restaurants, night clubs, bars, shops, spas, art galleries, art museums, live theater, movie theaters, and coffee shops in the area.  It's about a mile and a half from Scottsdale Fashion Square and the Waterfront area.  A very nice location indeed.

The community features underground parking garage, central courtyard with heated pool , state of the art fitness center, a business center, and large open lofts with spacious terraces, huge windows and fantastic interiors with 9' 6'' ceilings.  Finishes include granite slab countertops in kitchen and baths, contemporary style Canac® cabinets in kitchen and baths, Whirlpool Gold appliances, gas cook-tops, under counter Uline® deluxe wine chiller (ah, now you understand the name :-), Kohler bathroom fixtures, 16 inch porcelain tile floors in baths, Grohe plumbing trim, and one underground parking space per bedroom.
