Sixteen tour attendees, six bank owned condos at Optima Biltmore Towers and five bank owned and short sale condos at Optima Camelview Village made for a fantastic tour.

Prices at Optima Biltmore Towers have gone down fifty percent since 2006 and about thirty five percent at Optima Camelview Village since 2007. Believe it or not at today's prices it's starting to make sense to buy.
