In April we hit large and small high rise and loft condo communities that had short sales or foreclosure sales advertised. We visited two flat style condos at Bon Vie; one a short sale and the other a foreclosure, two great flats at Third Avenue Lofts, a one bedroom short sale condo at Main Street Plaza and several condos at Optima Camelview Village.

In general the feedback was that one short sale condo at Optima Camelview Village really stood out. It is a two bedroom two bathroom unit on the sixth floor overlooking the main courtyard of Optima with fantastic upgrades and an open make sense floor plan price at $399,000. Also, overall, our tour attendees seemed to like Optima Camelview over Main Street Plaza and Bon Vie. But the group was about evenly split regarding Third Avenue Lofts with half of the folks preferring it over Optima Camelview but with the other half preferring Third Avenue Lofts. In either case we learned a lot about the foreclosure and short sale real estate market AND saw some great condominiums.
