Downtown Scottsdale December 8, 2007

Covering: X (Ten) Wine Lofts, The Mark Loft Condominiums, Scottsdale Waterfront, Optima Camelview and Safari Drive Lofts.

Over forty urban enthusiasts joined us December 8th to tour awesome condominiums in downtown Scottsdale. We met at X Wine Lofts where we enjoyed breakfast muffins and bagels while touring two beautiful models.

We then boarded the bus and shot down the road to The Mark where we donned hard hats, split into two groups, and got the grand tour of the construction site. For those who don't know, The Mark is immediately south of The Valley Ho located at 68th Street and Indian School Road.

After a short visit to Main Street Plaza we got a real treat and visited a fantastic condo in Scottsdale Waterfront. This community is top notch and worthy of its great reputation.

Optima Camelview is a wonderful contemporary building just north of Scottsdale Fashion Square. The sales staff was a bit busy but still managed to make a short presentation and then steer us toward their sales model. The finishes are very current and the floor plans open. Safari Drive is my favorite development in Downtown Scottsdale (as of today :-). The lines and building materials are excellent and the finishes exciting.

This tour ran a bit long mostly because we had never had so many attendees at one time but everyone said it was the best tour to date.
