Covering: Sotelo, Edgewater at Hayden Ferry Lakeside, Brownstones at Tempe, TUL (Tempe Urban Living Lofts), Centerpoint High Rise Condominiums, and more.

The Tempe High Rise and Loft Condo Tour of Tempe Town Lake and Mill Avenue was WKU's first tour in almost two years.

Riding the bus offered us a unique opportunity to see over the freeway retaining wall for great views of the lake and downtown Tempe.

We started at the Sotelo Sales Office where we were treated to breakfast munchies and coffee and a wonderful presentation of these great condominiums being built by Trammel Crow.

From there we visited Hayden Ferry Lakeside and toured several condominiums in the Edgewater building. We're hoping to visit the larger Bridgeview High Rise on our next tour which was under construction in October.

Brownstones at Tempe were a real hit with the tour attendees thanks to the old town feel and quaint architecture. The floor plans are very livable and the prices are still not TOO high. Call us for details as we sold several of these in 2007.

Next we toured TUL which is just west of Brownstones at Tempe. These are VERY nice three story, loft style condominiums less than a mile from Mill Avenue. The architecture is great, with open floor plans and roof top decks, some of which view Brownstones at Tempe.

We concluded the tour at the Centerpoint High Rise Sales Center. There we were treated to a gourmet snack and a fantastic presentation of all the wonderful amenities that Centerpoint has to offer. We're looking forward to touring one of the buildings in 2008!
