Thank you for your interest in our Bank Owned and Short Sale High Rise and Loft Condo Tour.

Please know that we do sell out. The ONLY way to guarantee your seat is to pay in advance. If you want to join us then please pay the low tour fee ($7.50 each for the general public and $15 each for real estate agents and their clients).

There are two ways to pay:

Other things you need to know:

• The tour will begin at 10:00 a.m., Saturday, March 14th and should last approximately 3 hours (give or take twenty minutes).

• We will meet at the west side of the AJ's parking lot at the north east corner of Central and Camelback Roads. The address of AJ's is 5017 N. Central Avenue in Phoenix. For a map, click the "PRINT THIS PAGE PLUS MAP" link at the top of this page. Call us at (480) 510-8755 if you need further help. Please park far from shops and businesses so that we don't take up all the prime parking spots. We will leave promptly at 10:00.

• We plan to visit: bank owned and short sale condos at some of the better lofts and high rises like Summit at Copper Square, Portland Place, Artisan Lofts on Osborn, Orpheum and more.

• The itinerary may change subject to developer participation and the number of attendees.

We sometimes visit construction sites so please wear closed toe shoes (no flip flops or sandals) and long pants. Also, please be sure to provide the names of all people attending as those developments under construction require that of us several days before the tour.

• We are real estate agents so we will discuss prices, cost per foot, amenities, etc, but you'll also get a dose of our VERY subjective thoughts on what we like and what we don't like.

• Our attendees come from all walks of life. You'll meet architects, ASU students, developers, random real estate agents, buyers, sellers, tourists, and folks who are "just curious." This diverse mix fosters rich and fun dialogue.

• SORRY BUT THERE ARE NO REFUNDS FOR THOSE PEOPLE WHO FAIL TO SHOW UP FOR THE TOUR.
