For anyone out there who wants to buy a home but is super stressed about how fast everything is selling here’s an insider scoop. The developer is building an eleven-home subdivision smack dab in the middle of Madison Heights, between Biltmore and North Central Corridor. The homes will have 3bd + office and 4bd floor plan with either 2.5 or 3.5 bathrooms options. Owner suites are on the ground floor. Sizes will range from 2380 to 2610 square feet.
All will offer sustainably minded design and material choices with recycled and rapidly renewable materials and smart home technology. Owners will enjoy private backyards designed to maximize indoor/outdoor livability (think BIG doors connecting inside and outside entertainment areas), lock and leave security, attached two car garages, gas cooking, LED lighting, laundry at ground and second floors, and so much more.

But I MUST say that the absolute BEST thing about this community will flat out be the DESIGN. The architect is very forward thinking yet grounded and practical.
