A twenty five condo, architectural gem located on 23,000 lot at the border of midtown and downtown Phoenix completed August 2016.
artHAUS is currently for sale with sales office and furnished models open Wednesday through Sunday.
artHAUS designed AND developed by local architect Jason Boyer. He got to do everything his way from picking the materials to use, hiring the sub-contractors he trusted and building the community to his standards…and it shows.
We love the clean modern minimalist style with smooth finish interior walls, trim-less door frames, extensive use of soft open solid core pocket doors, floating bathroom vanities, white quartz waterfall counter tops, locally made custom Euro style cabinets, floating stair steps, LED lighting EVERYWHERE and window filled walls. These look more like art galleries than Phoenix townhomes.
Outside Boyer mixed heavy industrial grade steel beams, tubes, posts and screening with lightly textured “flat” stucco, sophisticated horizontal steel panels, tons of glass and exposed aggregate concrete to make the eye go “whooooaaaa.”
He built a couple studios but focused on one and two bedroom models ranging from almost 900 square feet for the one bedroom floor plan up to 1800 square feet for the largest two bedroom. There are two other two bedroom floor plans available so you have plenty to choose from.
The location rocks. It’s located right behind The Arizona Opera, just across Central Avenue from the Phoenix Art Museum (which is about to double in size), a hop from the Central and McDowell light rail stop and walking, biking or railing from tons of great restaurants, bars, theaters, sports venues, ASU and just plain adult fun.
DISCLOSURE: Yeah, we’re the listing broker for artHAUS; but I kid you not they are 100% as cool as I’m telling you. Check ‘em out.
