Esplanade Place High Rise Condominiums is considered by most people to be one of the top three most luxurious and prestigious condo towers in the entire Valley. This twelve story building, built in 2002, was the first modern residential high rise constructed in Phoenix and its success was really the impetus for so many other developers to jump into the market in the early 2000's.
Esplanade Place was built by a partnership comprised of Geoffrey Edmunds (who postponed his retirement from developing to do this project) and Pivotal Group. It sits immediately south of the Ritz Carlton at 24th Street and Camelback and in fact was originally going to share amenities with the hotel but that ultimately fell through.
Amenities at Esplanade Place include a wonderful roof top pool, spa, barbeque, and patio area, concierge, valet parking, business center, fitness center, secured underground parking, private storage rooms, but probably most importantly it's a five minute walk from Biltmore Fashion Park and area restaurants like Morton's, Ruth's Chris, Cheesecake Factory and so much more.
