Metro 12 is a great twelve resident condo community in downtown Phoenix, two doors down from The Vig Downtown and around the corner from Cibo. Killer location huh?
These condos were built in 2008 but were freshened up in 2016; most with new paint, new carpeting, new light fixtures, new tile in laundry rooms (replaced the original vinyl flooring). Ceiling height at main floor is over 10 feet and second floor has nine foot ceilings, making for a very light and aerie feel.
Kitchens have tons of cabinets, stainless appliances and slab granite counter tops.
Ground floors have stained concrete floors and private back patios.
Every home comes with a two car tandem carport.
Every condo is plumbed with fire sprinklers and we are told are pre-wired for sound systems.
There are tons of new condos coming to Downtown Phoenix but most of these start at $280 per square foot. Metro 12 is about $100 per foot cheaper. So buy a brand new large closet to live in for $250,000 or buy a large 1300 square foot two bedroom condo at Metro 12 for the same price.
