Portland 2

The on-again/off-again Portland 2 Lofts appear to be... on-again. We are happy to see construction activity at the community although none of the condos are currently advertised as being for sale or for rent. The last time condos were advertised for sale they started in the low low $400k range.

Portland 2 is a twenty five unit loft style townhome community originally developed by Odyssey Homes and located at the northern fringe of downtown Phoenix. It's in a good up and coming 'in-fill' location near 6th street and Portland, overlooking Artisan Village to the south. It's a short walk from Tammy Coe's, a longer walk to Fate Thai Restaurant and a short bike ride from Matt's Big Breakfast and a light rail stop; urban but not super pedestrian friendly.

Portland 2 itself is a great looking community offering modern multi story architecture with open and dramatic floor plans ranging from 2 bedroom/2.5 baths and 1,600 to 1,800 square feet with exposed duct work, open tread stairs, attached two car garages, and 4th floor balconies with city light views.
