Portland on the Park (aka Portland Park) is a $75M loft and condo community scheduled to be built on the large vacant lot immediately east of the existing Portland Place, on Portland Avenue just west of Central Avenue.
This particular section of Portland Street is one of my favorite streets in all of Phoenix. Go drive by. You'll find a quaint little boulevard with round a-bouts, grass, park benches, old style street lights, water features and invariably someone walking his or her dog. All this and at the end of the street sits a north and south bound light rail stop. Love it!
Portland on the Park will offer 170 lofts and condominiums in 21 different floor plans with 1, 2 and 3 bedrooms and ranging from 745 to 2381 square feet.
The community will consist of three towers of four, twelve and fourteen stories, with over 7200 square feet of commercial space on the ground floor. Currently the word is that a coffee shop, wine bar and restaurant will be taking up most if not all of the 7200 feet.
Prices are currently expected to start in the low $200,000 range and max out at less than $1M for a penthouse.
Community amenities will include a patio lounge on the roof of the 14 story tower, ground level pool and spa, bike storage, EV (electric vehicle) chargers and fitness center.

Completion of Portland on the Park is scheduled for mid-2016 but if you're interested contact us now so that you can be among the first to review and select a home. If Portland Park receives even half the attention and interest that her sister community Portland Place received then sales will be brisk.
