Townhomes at Roosevelt Square, built in 2002, is a small, very quaint, community of ten townhomes that sits in one of my favorite areas of town; right on Portland Street and 3rd Avenue. Not only do I love this section of Portland (parkway style with large round-a-bouts, pet-friendly park, and cool water features and shade trees) but I love the area in general. Townhomes at Roosevelt Square are around the corner from the Japanese Friendship Garden, the soon to be pimped out Margaret Hance Park, about ¼ mile from the Roosevelt Light Rail stop and Roosevelt Row and tons and tons of restaurants, bars, coffee shops, theaters, art galleries and soooo much more. Although the community is small, the townhomes are huge! Three stories tall, with 2 bed + office or 3 + den and ranging from 1800 to 2700 square feet and all are live/work so you can run a small business from your home. Interior finishes vary but range from exposed brick walls, tin accented walls, knotty alder doors, large closets, wood and stone floors, granite and quartz counter tops, gas ranges, gas fireplaces, jetted tubs, multiple patios and balconies and private elevators. Every town home includes an attached, two car, side-by-side garage. Scroll down to see what’s available today.
