Main Street Place is a planned four story mixed use community on .42 acres at the northeast corner of Main Street and 75th just east of the Scottsdale Library designed and developed by LVA Design Studio out of Tempe. The community will consist of eleven residences on the second through fourth floors with a restaurant or coffee shop or other on the ground floor. Condo sizes will range from 1,641 to 3,490 square feet with plenty of options in between. Each flat gets its own private access patio; sizes ranging from 301 to huge 1,492 square feet all with BBQ capacity. Patios will be accessed via huge, contemporary and sexy collapsible glass doors.
