Jefferson Town Lake Apartments is a six story, 256 apartment community sitting at the east side of Rural Road on the north side of Tempe Town Lake.
The site was previously scheduled to be a 26 story high rise condo building...but that was before the real estate bubble popped.
There's not a lot of information on Jefferson Town Lake yet. What we do know is that the building will have an interesting shape, kind of like a capital letter "R". The top part of the R will face north with a courtyard sitting in the round part of the R and another courtyard and negative edge pool sitting between the base of the R. I hope that makes sense.
In addition to the pool and courtyards, community amenities to include: a fitness center, rec area and bike parking.
Jefferson Town Lake will also have about 9,000 square feet of retail space, 432 parking spaces and a roof top deck.
